Pro Tools 7.4 digi 003. Mackie 32 ditial mixer. 2 inch reel to reel. tons of compressors and outboard gear. top of the line mics. Full live room with seperated sound proof vocal booth. A full lounge area with bar. I also have a front room stocked with clothes, shoes and jewelry for sale! I spent ALOT of money on the place and Im in a bit of a money situation. So heres the deal that I am offering. If anyone is interested in being my business partner It is a $3200 buy in. EVERYTHING is already taken care of. I need the money to catch up on personal things. In turn I will give you a minority ownership in the business. what that means is you will have full access to the studio space, help me with running the business. but ANY decisions concerning the studio will go through me. Simple as that.
